GREETINGS FROM OUR COMMANDER CLAY BAXTER
The American Legion Post in the United States named after a former United States President. Previously named the Yorba Linda Post which was established in 1947 we have long history in the community of Yorba Linda. The name of the Post was changed in 1995 to the Richard M. Nixon Post 679 with the authorization of Julie Nixon Eisenhower to honor her fathers service to our country. President Richard M. Nixon a U S Veteran proudly served in WWII in the United States Navy . We hope that you will join us at our meetings which are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6pm at the Richard M. Nixon Library.
